1. Who we are

This website is operated by Informly Company Limited (Tax code 0316212314), 122-124 B2 Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“Informly”, “we”). Contact: kate.tran@informly.vn – Hotline/Zalo/WhatsApp: 0907 392 969.

We process personal data in line with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection 2025 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP (effective from 1 January 2026).

2. Data we collect

• Data you give us: name, email, phone number, company name and the content of your message when you fill in a contact form, email us or chat with us via Zalo/WhatsApp.
• Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you reached our website, collected through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send ID numbers or bank details through the contact form.

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or proposal;
• To provide and manage the services you engage us for;
• To measure and improve our website and advertising;
• To meet our legal obligations (for example accounting and tax record keeping).

We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form or contact us, and on the need to perform a contract with you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business (website hosting, email, Google services) and with government authorities when required by law. Some providers, such as Google, may store data outside Vietnam; we only use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client records are kept for the period required by Vietnamese accounting and tax law.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to or restrict its processing. Send your request to kate.tran@informly.vn and we will respond within the time limits set by law.

7. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without them.

8. Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to your data is limited to the staff who need it to serve you.
